Ventolera Pinot Noir
Winery information: Ignacio Reccabarren is the godfather of modern winemaking in Chile and he has started a joint venture with cool climate grape grower, Vicente Izquierdo.
The vineyards are situated in the trendy cool climate region of Leyda, just 6 miles from the Pacific Ocean. The sea breezes help to produce wonderfully elegant wines.
Vinification: Aged in new French oak barrels for 7-8 months
Alluring nose of wild strawberries and undergrowth. Text book Pinot , Soft elegant and spicy palate with a lovely long finish.
