DOMAINE DES CEDRES SIGNE VIGNERON
Signé Vigneron was established by Olivier Ravier in 1997 in order to produce and promote the wines of the Beaujolais with good typicity from their respective areas. The 80 year old founder of Domaine de Cedres, Louis Bertrand, has been a winemaker since 1946 and has worked on the property since 1972. His son Guy and his son in law Claude are now continuing his expertise and knowledge. The domaine is located to the south of the village of Fleurie, with up to 70 year old vines covering a total of 16 hectres.

Grapes: 100% Gamay
Vinification: Grapes are hand-picked and sorted at each plot before reaching the winery. Whole grapes undergo semi carbonic maceration in temperature controlled vats.
Taste: Intense aromas of blackcherry and floral notes, round and elegant on the palate.
Serve: Chilled or at room temperature. A perfect accompaniment to white meat and fish
