Winery information: Signé Vigneron was established by Olivier Ravier in 1997 in order to produce and promote the wines of the Beaujolais with good typicity from their respective areas. All wines are presented in Signé Vigneron’s unique engraved bottle and show a silkiness of tannins and mouthfilling texture which is the hallmark of
Olivier’s wines.
Vinification: Gamay sourced from the best areas of Theize in the heart of Beaujolais. Best drunk slightly chilled at 10-12C to maximise the refreshing style.
Tasting Note: Smooth and fresh showing spice and red fruits typical of Gamay. Light and easy to drink, best served slightly chilled.
