Brouilly Chateau de Bagnols Signe Vigneron
Winery information: Signé Vigneron was established by Olivier Ravier in 1997 in order to produce and promote the wines of the Beaujolais with good typicity from their respective areas. All wines are presented in Signé Vigneron’s unique engraved bottle and show a silkiness of tannins and mouthfilling texture which is the hallmark of Olivier’s wines. Chateau de Bagnols is a 2 hectare estate with southern exposure and sandy soils situated in the Brouilly cru.
Vinification: The grapes are harvested manually and rigorously sorted. The vinification methods used are the traditional Beaujolais methods with a strict temperature controls during the Cuvaison (time spent in tank) preserving the natural flavor and characteristics of the Gamay.
Tasting Note: Intense ruby red with a nose of strawberries and morello cherries. Well structured, balanced and full of fresh fruits.
Every day serving suggestion: Serve it at a temperature of 18°C. Ideal with games, red meats, and cheeses like Epoisse and goat’s cheese.
