Winery information: Remoissenet has the largest cellars of aged Burgundy in the world and until recently has been in the careful hands of Roland Remoissenet. Now under new ownership and the dynamic management of Bernard Repolt and winemaker Claudie Jobard, this famous house is being revitalised exploiting the wonderful aged stocks and introducing their newly styled estate wines from the 2005 vintage.
Vinification: Aged in 4 old oak foudres of 228 L each for 20 months.
