Chablis Domaine Grand Roche
Saint-Bris le Vineux is a little village between Auxerre and Chablis. It is the most important village for wines from the Auxerrois region where wine has been produced since the 12th century.
Domaine Grand Roche owned by Erick Lavallee comprises of 22 hectares of vineyards in the Chablis and Auxerrois wine areas. Recently a modern winery was completed and is equipped with the latest technology.
The wines of Domaine Grand Roche continue to win medals at home and abroad.
Grapes: 100% estate grown Chardonnay
Soil: Limestone
Vinification: In temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine ages on fine lees for 6-9 months before being bottled.
Colour: Golden with green tinges
Serve: Chilled to accompany seafood, fish and white meats.
Taste: Fresh Chardonnay bouquet, subtle and elegant on the palate with crisp acidity to maintain the perfect balance.
