The House of Chéreau Carré occupies the most privileged position in the Nantes region. The vines cover 267 acres of the highest quality soil making it the largest producer of Muscadet and Gros Plant.
Rosé d'Anjou, Domaine des Cèdres
Grapes: Grolleau and Cabernet Franc
Vinification Traditional method for the rosé: the grapes are crushed after a slight maceration, giving a pink colour. Fermentation is not complete in order to give the wine its sweetness.
Serve: To be drunk at 8 or 9 within two years of bottling. To be served with exotic and spicy dishes. Taste: Coral pink in colour, this is a fruity wine with hints of black pepper and a balanced sweetness.
