Vouvray La Folie demi sec Domaine Sebastien Brunet
Winery information: Son and grandson of winegrowers, Sebastien has been running his family estate since 2006. He gave it a boost by mastering and developing his vineyard, which is solely planted with Chenin. He is a strong believer in the environment and reflects it in his winemaking.
Vinification: The grapes are sorted manually at the winery. No chaptalisation. Barrel aged with 12 months on the lees.
Tasting Note: Finely crafted off dry wine with honey and mineral notes throught to a beautifully sustained long and clean finish.
Blend: Chenin Blanc 100%
