Winery information: This wine has been specially selected, blended and bottled and displays good typicity for the area, attractively packaged and priced.
Vinification: Each grape variety is fermented separately in temperature controlled vats and then blended together.
Tasting Note: A high proportion of Colombard gives this wine a characteristic citrussy fruit aroma and flavour.
Every day serving suggestion: Chilled as an aperitif or with hors d’oeuvres, salads and white meats.
