Grape Varieties: Muller-Thurgau, Silvaner and Kerner.
Notes: Nierstein is situated in the Rheinhessen area. Rheinhessen extends over an area of about 25,000 hectares which is a quarter of the total German wine growing area. The soil is heavy and very fertile. The climate is harmonious with warm summers and mild winters. Fermentation takes place at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks.
Serve: Chilled at 10 to 12C with fish and poultry dishes.
