For more than 200 years the Schmitt family has been involved in the art of winemaking in the Mosel, passing on its knowledge and experience from generation to generation. Grape Varieties: Riesling, Muller-Thurgau, Kerner grapes that have been late harvested
Notes: The grapes grow in Rheinhessen near the well known small wine village Gau-Bickelheim. The Rheinhessen region is known for harmonious climate and heavy ground. These two facts support this excellent wine.
Serve: Chilled at 10oC to 12o C. Ideal with poultry, cheese and desserts
Taste: A full bodied, rich and elegant wine with balanced acidity and a long finish.
Ageing: 3 to 5 years.
