CORTE OLIVI, VENETO
Corte Olivi is a brand belonging to the Lenotti family whose dedication in the production of quality wines from the Lake Garda region of the Veneto dates back to 1906. The Lenotti family's aim is to reduce levels of oxygen and sulphur in their wines keeping them as fresh as possible. 90% of their production is exported worldwide.
CORTE OLIVI BARDOLINO CLASSICO DOC
Grapes: 50% Corvina, 40% Rondinella, & 10% Molinara grapes grown on the hills around the villages of Bardolino, Lazise, Cavaion and Garda on the eastern shores of Lake Garda.
Soil: Gravelly of Morainic origin
Training: Espalier and Pergola
Vinification: Soft pressing, fermentation for 5-6 days at 18-20C in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine is kept in temperature controlled tanks until sterile bottled.
Serve: Throughout a meal or with light pasta dishes, white meats and cheese. Can be drunk slightly chilled
Colour: Light ruby red
Taste: A fragrant fresh and light red wine with an aromatic and pleasantly dry taste. A wine to be drunk young
