CORTE OLIVI, VENETO
Corte Olivi is a brand belonging to the Lenotti family whose dedication in the production of quality wines from the Lake Garda region of the Veneto dates back to 1906. The Lenotti family?s aim is to reduce levels of oxygen and sulphur in their wines keeping them as fresh as possible. 90% of their production is exported worldwide.
CORTE OLIVI BIANCO DI CUSTOZA DOC
Grapes: 30% Trebbiano Toscano, 15% Tocai Friulano, 25% Garganega, 15% Malvasia and 15% Cortese grapes grown on the Morenic Hills to the south of Lake Garda.
Soil: Morainic origin with typical drifts with stones.
Training: Espalier
Vinification: Each grape variety is fermented separately. Short maceration with skins. The must is then fermented at 15-16C in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine is then cold sterile bottled.
Serve: Chilled at 8-10C to accompany hors d?oeuvres, fish and white meats.
Colour: Light straw
Taste: An aromatic, fresh and fruity nose with a delicate and mellow taste. Best drunk young
