This is a beautiful Shiraz made in the same way as Amarone. The grapes are harvested and then left to dry in the sun, at night they are brought into the barns to extend the drying process.
The result is a wine high in alcohol and teeming in flavour. The spicy blackcurrant notes abound and this is definately one to enjoy with friends or to treat yourself. Perfect with a nice big steak or some blue cheese.
