Kevin's comments: Every care is taken in the vineyard and cellar to make Chateau Beau Site one of the best wines in Saint Estephe. The majority of Cabernet Sauvignon in the blend yields wines with ripe blackcurrant fruit, balanced oak with a long and lingering finish. Also available are the vintages 1998, 2000, 2001 and 2003, please contact us for availability.
Chateau Tasting Notes
Chateau Beau-Site
Situated on the highest hill of the community of St-Estephe, the domaine of Ch. Beau-Site, as its name implies, commands a fine view over the surrounding countryside. It is one of the Grands Crus Bourgeois Superieurs, the wines of which are similar to those of the Grands Crus of the 1985 classification, which includes the famous Calon Agur facing the property.
