Weingut Weegmuller Riesling Mandelring Kabinett Trocken
Winery information: Weegmuller are the oldest winemakers in the Palatinate region, having made wine for than 300 years. They farm their vineyards organically and restrict yields to gain concentration and weight. Their wines are wonderful, rich and food friendly.
Vinification: Fermentation in big wooden barrels until bottling 6 months later.
Tasting Note: Bright straw colour, a delicate nose with hints of spice and pineapple. The palate is packed with tropical fruits. Lovely intensity and rapier-like acidity on the finish. Rich but dry.
