SANTO ISIDRO DE PEGOES, PORTUGAL
This Co-operative was founded in 1958 covering a total of 900 hectares owned by hundreds of small farmers producing 70% red and 30% white. Through strong Governmental support, the winery has been completely modernised and the wines produced are clean and modern, winning many prizes world-wide.

Harvest: August
Soil: Sandy Climate: Mediterranean & Continental
Vinification: Light skin maceration followed by alcoholic fermentation in temperature controlled tanks.
Colour: Pale lemon
Serve: At 12C with fish and white meats.
Evolution: Maintains its excellent characteristics for 3 years from vintage.
Note: Limited production with numbered bottles.
