Chateau Tasting Notes
DANZANTE PINOT GRIOGIO IGT DELLE VENEZIE
Danzante wines are the third collaboration created by the joint venture between the Robert Mondavi family of the Napa Valley and the Marchesi de'Frescobaldi family of Tuscany, Italy.
Danzante, Italian for "dancing", encourages the everyday, energetic celebration of "?la dolce vita"
The wines are unpretentious, but reflect the skills and passion for quality that has made the Robert Mondavi and Frescobaldi partnership such an international success.
Danzante Pinot Grigio is sourced from Trentino Alto Adige, Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia, the three north eastern regions of Italy, collectively known as the "Tre Venezie". With stony, deep soil, relatively high altitude and cool summers, the "Tre Venezie" allows Pinot Grigio to fully express its potential.
Grapes: 100% Pinot Grigio
Region: Veneto, Friuli and Trentino known as "Tre Venezie"
Vinification: Soft pressing of the grapes. Fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks.

Taste: A crisp lemon blossom bouquet leads to vibrant flavours of citrus, melon and peach. A wine to be enjoyed young.
