Chateau Tasting Notes
DANZANTE MERLOT IGT DELLA SICILIA
Danzante wines are the third collaboration created by the joint venture between the Robert Mondavi family of the Napa Valley and the Marchesi deā?? Frescobaldi family of Tuscany, Italy.
Danzante, Italian for dancing, encourages the everyday, energetic celebration of la dolce vita
The wines are unpretentious, but reflect the skills and passion for quality that has made the Robert Mondavi and Frescobaldi partnership such an international success.
The grapes for Danzante Merlot are sourced from Italy's southernmost region Sicily. The Frescobaldi and Mondavi families have selected hillside vineyards located along the Occidental coast where the terrains are rich in clay and sand while the nearby Mediterranean Sea guarantees a temperate climate
