CASA DEL VALLE, CASTILLA LA MANCHA
Casa Del Valle boasts an entirely new winery. The bodega is owned by a group of Riojan growers who between them have 3 decades of winemaking experience in Rioja, strong financial backing and the most advanced modern technology.
The bodega is surrounded by 100 hectares of new vineyards growing the Cabernet Sauvignon,
Merlot and Syrah varieties, chosen for their great suitability for ageing and their well defined character.
HACIENDA SHIRAZ, TIERRA DE CASTILLA
Grapes: 100% Shiraz
Vinification: Traditionally vinified, then aged in French and American oak casks for six months.
Appearance: Deep black cherry colour
Taste: The nose expresses aromas of ripe, jammy fruit together with toasted nuances of cocoa and spice. A full bodied wine, that has warm berried fruit on the palate, with depth and power from the oak ageing.
Serve: Beef bourguignon, venison, merguez sausages, steak au poivre and game. Also great with mature Cheshire cheese.
