Head over Heels Forgotten Riesling
100% Riesling late picked grapes that were "forgotten" on the vine, allowing them to develop a perfect balance between fruit, sugar and acidity. Fermentation was stopped early to leave a wine with a natural sweetness that is fresh not cloying and showing peachy, creamy flavours and a lovely long finish.
