Bishop's Leap is a craggy cliff above the Wairau river where local folk-lore records an early Marlborough Bishop leapt to his death when persued by a Maori war party.
Distinctively Marlborough, this wine shows gooseberry, passion-fruit and honeysuckle flavours.
The price makes it particularly appealing as the New Zealand dollars strength and the huge demand for New Zealand wines have pushed the prices of all of the wines from this great country. However with the fantastic relationship we have with Saint Clair we are able to offer a small parcel of this exceptional value Sauvignon.
