Grapes: 100% Merlot
Viticulture: The temperate Mediterranean climate, with warm days and cool nights, ensures the grapes obtain optimum maturity. Grapes were hand picked and carefully selected.
Vinification: The fermentation took place in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks for 15 days, to maximize the fresh fruity flavours of this succulent wine.
Taste: Soft round approachable style with blackberry fruit on the nose and palate.
Serve: Ideal with Italian food, gruyere cheese, paella and carpaccio.
