Perez Cruz Wines

Perez Cruz Wines from Chile

Perez Cruz Wine is produced in limited edition vintages from grapes grown in the up and coming wine producing region in the foothills of the Andes Mountains in Chile. The Mediterranean climate is ideal for growing grapes ideal for wine production. The estate is known for its eco-friendly production materials and methods as well as its thermal isolation and impeccable airflow.

What Makes Perez Cruz Wines Different?
The grapes used in Perez Cruz Wine are hand selected and picked fresh daily. Grown at the highest possible altitude for grape production, these fruits are a labor of love at the family-owned estate. The grapes are then gently pressed and cold macerated in stainless steel vessels. 30 day fermentation includes processing with the skins for deeper and richer flavors. Once fermented, the wine is aged in newly built French oak barrels for 14 to 16 months.

Viticulture
The viticulture of this winerry is as unique as the place where the grapes are grown. Some of the award winning varieties includes:

Perez Cruz Syrah Limited Edition. This wine is full bodied and well structured with aromas of blackberries, pepper and a hint of smoke. It won the IWSC Grand Gold Medal Best in Class 2011.
