Chateau les Hautes Tuileries is the second wine of Chateau Les Hauts Conseillants, property of Jean Baptiste Bourotte, CEO at Audy. They own 10 ha in Lalande de Pomerol. Their vines are over 35 years old, some are even over 50 years old.

Vinification
Fermentation and maceration in thermo regulated stainless steel vats parcel by parcel. Maceration of about 4-5 weeks. After maceration and racking, a selection of the vats is done with the collaboration of Jean Philippe Fort from the team of Michel Rolland.

Viticulture
Harvest is done by hand. Ecofriendly integrated agriculture, no use of chemical fertilizers or pesticides.

Tasting Note

Chateau les Hautes Tuileries Lalande de Pomerol is smooth palate feel with some earthy undertone ; classically styled right bank Bordeaux.
