Costa di Bussia Dolcetto d'Alba 2016

Winery Information:
Since 1988 Costa di Bussia winery and vineyards have been owned and managed by the Sartirano family. The Estate is located in the Bussia region of Piemonte, near the village of Monforte d'Alba. The Estate includes the famous vineyard of ""Campo del Buoi"" and ""Campo del Gatto""; 15 hectares of vineyards that offer particular and complex wines. The Barolo Riserva offers complex aromas of crushed flowers, plums and fresh-cut Porcini with evident hints of mint. The Chardonnay is rich, elegant and long.

Vinification:
5 days fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 24-25C followed by malolacticfermentation. The wine is left to rest in tank for 6 months before being bottled.
 
Tasting Note:
Smooth, fresh and fragrant bouquet with hints of raspberries, violets and plums in the mouth. The wine is juicy with a pleasant almond background.
 
Every day serving suggestion:
Costa di Bussia Dolcetto d'Alba is best served with risotto and pasta dishes, mushrooms and fresh cheese.
