Winery Information: Viticulture: Shoot thinning and leaf removal early in the growing season followed by cluster thining at veraison to achieve evenly ripened grapes with concentrated flavours.
Soil: Gravel overlaid with alluvial soils
Vinification: 21 days on the skins followed by 19 months in 28% new French oak. The balance was aged in once and twice-used French oak.
