The Ultimate Prosecco Case chosen by Wineman and Mrs Wine

This is the ultimate case of Prosecco as chosen carefully by my wife and her thirsty friends who all had a part in voting and tasting this amazing case of Italian Fizz.

The contents are as follows

A bottle of Carpene Malvolti Prosecco Superiore Conegliano Valdobbiadene - This is the original Prosecco invesnted in 1868 by Antonio Carpene. It's still regarded as the best in the world and is a superb example of how great Prosecco can be. This is an 'Extra Dry Prosecco' which actually means it isn't that dry and is more medium in style.

Botter Prosecco DOC - SHHHHH this is a sparkling wine we keep just for our restaurants and it's not normally on general sale. It's blooming marvellous and really hits the spot, or so I'm told by the tasting team.

Botter Raboso Spumante - As you cannot buy Pink Prosecco the growers have to call them other names.  This sparkling Rosé from Botter is also reserved for restaurants only and uses the Raboso grape with minimal skin contact so there is a delightful hint of summer fruits. WARNING - It's really moorish.

Gocce di Favola Prosecco Extra Dry - Our best selling Italian fizz and with good reason. Another 'Extra Dry' style and with a lighter spritz than many other styles.

Fili Pinot Grigio Spumante Blush - Similar to the Botter Raboso this cann't be called Pink Prosecco so they use Pinot Grigio grapes that get a bit of a tan and freckles when they are gathered later.  This adds a delightful blush colour to the wine and the bottle is especially commissioned for Paolo Sacchetto the winemaker.

Fili Brut - When Brut is used in Italian sparkling wine it means that the wine is dry. This Prosecco wine comes in a beautiful Blue Glass bottle with striking yellow writing to complement the pink writing on the Pinot Grigio Spumante Blush.

So  don't delay and secure your case before they all sell out.
